Welcome to Adam Bahret's Exclusive T-Three Community
An exclusive community of CTOs, COOs, CEOs, and Exec VPs
Facilitated by Adam Bahret
Reliability Engineering Expert & Trusted Advisor to CTOs
What is T-Three?
T-Three is a community of executives who are driving the revolution of making reliability culture a central part of product development.
Why T-Three?
Adam’s goal is to bring these bold leaders together in the same spirit as the TT racers.
The Isle of Man TT motorcycle race has been held every year since 1907.
TT stands for Tourist Trophy. It is the boldest sporting event on the planet and the Tourist Trophy only goes to the courageous and most adventurous racers who perform at a superhuman level. These racers travel at 200+mph on this 37.73-mile beast of a course carved out of the mountain island’s public roads.
The role of a tech executive is uniquely challenging and understood by only a few people.
Adam brings together tech executives like you because he’s passionate about building a community where one doesn’t exist, for people exactly like you.

If you are interested in being a member of the T-Three Community, email, phone or text me.
The T-Three format for 2024 will be a series of intimate invitation-only dinners in cities around the US
Each gathering includes a mix of people Adam has worked with and people recommended by Adam’s inner circle to create a culture of reliability.
All of these people have one mission: To learn, collaborate and grow to specific goals.
